We are Amy and Justin , the proud owners and founders of Sparrow Stays. Our love for Indianapolis and real estate led us to start this business in 2021. We currently own two properties, one just steps away from the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway and another in Whitestown, which offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being conveniently located near many of the area's top attractions.
Both of our properties are carefully designed and equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We pride ourselves on being responsive hosts who are always available to answer any questions and offer local recommendations to enhance your stay. "Amy and Justin were amazing landlords. I was in the process of house hunting from out of state due to a new job and was relocating. I needed a temporary housing situation that was pet friendly and fully furnished. The place was perfect for me and my pets. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, close to a lot large enough to exercise my dogs. The unit was an easy commute to and from the office, 5-10 minutes away from big box stores, local restaurants, etc.
They were quick in responding to any maintenance needs either the same day or the next and were available day and night.
They were also flexible in extending my stay for an additional two weeks when my home purchase took longer than expected.
